You can choose a Building the Foundations or Advance Your Technique package, to help you learn or develop your Chi Running skills. Or book one or more personal training sessions for on-going support or bespoke coaching, for example race training or to work in more depth on your movement skills. Building the Foundations 1:1
If you’re interested in learning Chi Running, start with Building the Foundations 1:1, which takes you through the foundational form focuses over two sessions and includes video observation of your current running form.
You’ll also receive a tailored programme of focuses to use in your weekly runs, to help you to build your technique.
Cost: £90 (2 sessions, 2.5 hours in total, including video observation)
Advance your Technique 1:1
If you’d like to develop your Chi Running skills further, try an Advance your Technique 1:1. Suitable for those who’ve attended a Building the Foundations workshop or 1:1, this 90 minute session covers hill running, breathing and advanced form focuses to help you build speed and performance through relaxation.
The Advance your Technique 1:1 also includes video observation of your current running form, plus a tailored programme of focuses to use in your weekly runs, to help you to build your technique.
Cost: £60 (1 session, 90 minutes in total, including video observation)
