Sessions can be arranged in your home, outdoors or at one of my venues. Coaching and personal training is currently available in Taunton. Each one hour session is £40, or book a package of sessions in advance and receive a discount of up to 15%. Building the Foundations 1:1
If you’re interested in learning Chi Running, start with Building the Foundations 1:1, which takes you through the foundational form focuses over two sessions and includes video observation of your current running form.
You’ll also receive a tailored programme of focuses to use in your weekly runs, to help you to build your technique.
Cost: £90 (2 sessions, 2.5 hours in total, including video observation)
Advance your Technique 1:1
If you’d like to develop your Chi Running skills further, try an Advance your Technique 1:1. Suitable for those who’ve attended a Building the Foundations workshop or 1:1, this 90 minute session covers hill running, breathing and advanced form focuses to help you build speed and performance through relaxation.
The Advance your Technique 1:1 also includes video observation of your current running form, plus a tailored programme of focuses to use in your weekly runs, to help you to build your technique.
Cost: £60 (1 session, 90 minutes in total, including video observation)
Race Training and Personal Training
If you’re training for a specific event, or simply want regular coaching or personal training sessions to improve your running form, or build your overall fitness and well being, choose one of my Race Training and PT Packages to suit your needs.
As part of your programme, I’ll work with you to set realistic, achievable goals that will help keep you motivated to get the results you want.
Your package will also include postural and fitness assessments, plus video observation of your running form, as appropriate, as well as a tailored, goal-focused aerobic and resistance training programme.
