These are all people and organisations that I’ve worked with personally and would highly recommend!
I always feel good after one of Sarah’s somatics classes. Somatics uses gentle whole body exercises to improve the connection between the nervous system and the body, helping you move better and let go of tension you didn’t even know you had.
Sarah is my go-to miracle worker, whenever my muscles are getting tight and crunchy. I love her approach, and regular massages have made a real difference to my training.
I love Sharon’s Pilates 4 Runners classes – great for building core awareness and strength, and a perfect fit with Chi Running. She runs a number of different pilates sessions in Taunton, and is also a registered chiropractor.
Shelagh teaches the Feldenkrais method in Bristol and Bath. Feldenkrais focuses on learning and movement, bringing awareness of how we move to help improve how we organise ourselves. I’ve worked with Shelagh one-to-one and always come away from one of her classes feeling as though my body has had a much-needed reboot.
Matt and Kate organise holistic running holidays in an eco-friendly location in beautiful Dorset. All fully catered with delicious vegetarian cooking. The perfect way to relax, recharge – and run.
