I have just completed an online Oxygen Advantage training course with Hannah and found it extremely useful from the very first class… Each session was progressive but I was able to try my new skills straight away and found the nasal breathing techniques very enjoyable and easy to master, albeit patience is required and an acceptance that sometimes you have to go slower to be able to go faster! The sessions were also often relaxing and meditative and I looked forward to each one. Hannah is a great teacher and she shows patience and empathy. I would definitely recommend her classes!
